Dr. Yunling Ren is a seasoned attorney having substantial experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. She earned her Ph.D. degree in biochemistry and was a classically trained molecular biologist prior to her career in law.

 

She represented clients ranging from biotech start-ups, generic pharmaceutical entities to global pharmaceutical companies in private practice, as well as took an in-house position with an international pharmaceutical company. She is skilled in IP procurement, cross-border transaction, and litigation with numerous appearances before the Patent Offices and tribunals in the U.S., Europe and China.

 

Yunling received her PhD in City University of New York (CUNY) and JD in New York Law School.
